  • Early 1900’s house southern greek revival rented for +10 years

  • An absolutely stunning, light filled house received a much needed upfit as part of a larger PAVA infill development.

100 N. Fox St.

  • Bringing cohesion to a twice renovated mid-modern home for a new family

  • This ranch mid-century home had undergone several past additions and modifications. A full gut revealed the different ages of different parts of the house. We repaired where needed and left our own mark. Brought up to today’s requirements and outfitted to the nines means no one should see our fingerprints for awhile.

202 Walker St.

  • 1930’s 4000 SF brick beast made ready for future owners to add value

  • Being as large as the house was, and with affordability front of mind, the PAVA team added value where we thought most useful (i.e. new roof, siding replacement, floors refinished and a fresh interior and exterior paint job) while leaving more custom areas untouched for future home owners.

  • Redesign of the starter home. While 865a was designed to be sold, this starter home was built to rent.

  • With ample storage in a smaller space this stand out design features cork floors, reclaimed decorative timbers, and energy efficient insulation. By transforming a lofted area into a flexible, usable space with a study ladder.
