Our Process
Pre-construction: We work together to create a budget, plan, and schedule. This can involve an architect or other outside professionals
Design and Review: Working within our scope we will refine the construction plans and design choices culminating in a contract and permits for construction. PAVA can provide assistance throughout the loan acquisition and financing steps.
Construction: With plans finalized and permits in hands we begin construction. Throughout the process we work hard to accommodate changes and keep the customer informed on budget and schedule.
